Dear Parents and Swimmers,
Yearbooks are given to our swimmers at our end of the season banquet in April. A great deal of time and energy is spent on this book to capture memories from the swim season. It is a time consuming task. Please be as prompt as possible in getting the information submitted by the deadline dates:
1). Photographs:
a). Current school picture. Each swimmer will have their SCHOOL photo printed in the yearbook – Deadline Date: January 18, 2013
How to submit pictures:
- · Scan your photo and email to meyswimyearbook@gmail.com: please send as a jpeg attachment Subject line must include swimmers name
- · Actual photos (if you don’t have a scanner) should be put in the Parents Association mailbox at the Y or Wardlaw: Mark envelope Attention: Joanne Kong School Pics/Yearbook (back of photo marked with swimmers name and practice group) - Photos are not returned.
b). Baby Picture - Deadline Date: February, 1 2013
How to submit pictures

c). Candid Pictures from our current swim season. These can be pictures you took at meets, swim team parties or functions:—Deadline Date: February 1, 2013
If you are sending in multiple pictures.. the best way is to burn photos to a CD.
Each photo on the CD should be marked : (i.e. Girls Red Meet, Harvest Haunt etc.) Put the CD in an envelope, mark the envelope with the name of the family that is submitting, and put in the Parents Association mailbox at the Y or Wardlaw. You may also submit hard copies of the photos.. Photos should be marked.. but they are not returned.
2). Swimmers memory page: separate page attached that swimmers fill out - Deadline: Feb 1st,2013.
3). Ads:
a. Business Ads- this is how we fund our yearbook and end of season gift:
We need your help in selling business ads! – Deadline: February 15, 2013- separate page attached
b. Swimmer Personal Ad: Take out an ad for your swimmer. Congratulate them on a great season. – Deadline: February 1, 2013 -Separate page attached.
4). Boosters – Have relatives and friends take out a booster. Swimmers can write something to one of their Teammates. – Deadline: February 1, 2013 - Separate page attached
